Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.x (구 Callmanager) Mobility 설정하기

이번 포스팅은 Cisco CUCM에 새로운 기능중에 두가지 주목할 인 아래 두가지의 설정 방법입니다.

• Cisco Mobile Connect
• Cisco Mobile Voice Access

위의 두 기능을 간략하게 설명을 드리자면,

• Cisco Mobile Connect
  • Cisco Mobile Concect는 Single Number Reach 를 제공합니다. 즉, 하나의 번호로 여러개의 전화로 동시에 Ring을 울리게 하므로써, 발신자 측에서는 한번의 전화로 수신자가 어떤 곳에 있던지 연락이 가능하게 하는 기능입니다.
• Cisco Mobile Voice Access
  • Cisco Mobile Voice Access는 직원이 외근시에 회사의 Mobile Voice Access Gateway로 전화를 해서 VoIP 전화 및 PSTN 전화를 할 수 있는 기능입니다.

설정방법은 아래와 같습니다. (Callmanager의 CSS나 Voice Gateway에 Dial-peer는 생략합니다.)

1. Voice Gateway는 H.323으로 설정합니다.

2.  Cisco Unified Serviceability > Tools > Service Acctivation 에서 Cisco Unified Mobile Voice Access Service를 Activate 시킵니다.

3. Device > Device Setting > Softkey Template 메뉴에서 Standard User를 Copy 후 Mobility SoftKey를 아래 메뉴에 Add 합니다.

• On Hook
• Connected

4. Softkey를 Phone에 적용합니다.

5.  User Management > Enduser 에서 Mobility를 Enable할 User에 아래의 항목윽 체크 합니다.

• Enable Mobility
• Enable Mobile Voice Access

 

6. Device > Phone 메뉴에서 Mobility를 Enable한 User의 Phone에 Owner User ID를 설정 합니다.

7. Device > Device Setting > Remote Destination Profile에서 Profile을 생성합니다.

8. 생성한 Profile에서 Line 버튼을 클릭하여 Phone의 Line과 Shared Line을 만들어줍니다.

9. 생성한 하단에 Add a New Remote Destination을 클릭하여 Remote Destination 을 입력한 후 아래의 항목을 체크 합니다.

• Enable Mobile Connect
• Mobile Phone

10. 저장을 한 후 Line Association 박스에 체크 합니다.

11. Media Resources > Mobile Voice Access  메뉴에서 Mobile Voice Access에 사용 할 Directory Number를 지정합니다.

12. System > Service Parameters > Cisco Callmanager Service >  Clusterwide Parameters (System - Mobility)에서 Mobile Voice Access Service Parameter를 True로 설정합니다.

13. Voice Gate에 아래와 같은 Config를 입력합니다.
